Foundation Files Lawsuit to Force Disclosure of Obama Administration’s Ties to Big Labor

The National Right to Work filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration and the Department of Labor for severe "conflicts of interest"

The suit seeks disclosure of high-ranking DOL officials’ connections to powerful union lobbying interests. Conflicts of interest appear to exist with regard to Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, who previously held a key leadership position at the Big Labor-front group “American Rights at Work,” and Deborah Greenfield, a DOL appointee who previously worked with the AFL-CIO to overturn the same union disclosure guidelines she now oversees.

The Foundation’s Freedom@Work blog has highlighted numerous other examples of union power brokers thrust into key roles overseeing organized labor – an apparent violation of the White House’s supposedly stringent new ethics policy.

People sue the federal government every day. Happens in every administration. Ranchers sue the BLM, cities sue the Federal Highway Administration. Nutcases sue NASA and the CIA about the chips in their head. It's how you settle a matter of legal interpretation when negotiations break down. It's also a good method to force action when a governmental body is dragging it's collective feet.

"they have filed against Alabama and Arizona for attempting to implement immigration regulations." You responded your man or woman question. Immigration is a federal concern, key be conscious FEDERAL. Federal government instruments immigration regulations, no longer man or woman states. like it or no longer, it somewhat is what it somewhat is.

Yawn. You must have nothing better to do than quote from right-wing blogs and other bogus news sources all day. Get a job--if you can, in the wonderful economy Bush handed us.

Your information is incorrect. I don't know from where it came, my friend, but you cannot file a suit against the government of the United States of America.
