Yep Mr.Bush, what a good ole boy, what a good christian... I'm sure he will do the right thing while you are fighting and dieing.

Have fun while Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld are sitting back hunting, golfing and making plans for not letting your wife get any benefits if anything happens to you.

May the Gods forbid that the war takes place. But if there is a draft there are certain Republicans who will have to go, because they are not rich enough, or not smart enough to avoid it.



As for the great patriots who shout traitor and love it or leave it, I hope you are just as proud when you 18 to 21 year olds are nothing but cannon fodder and come home in a box. You know they have the least training and are the first to go.

Why are liberals so stupid? Draft went away 30 years ago. Kerry tried using the draft unsuccessfully as a scare tactic in 2004. The military is exceeding its retention and recruitment goals. The military does not want anything to do with a draftee force. Nonetheless, uniformed idiots like yourself insist Bush is going to institute the draft before he leave the White House...

As for being drafted, I'm too old but oh well. Fortunately I think if there ever is another draft women will be drafted, too, and frankly I don't think they'll care if you're a far right wing Republican male or a Ted Kennedy liberal female. It'd be about time they included women if you ask me.



Of course, about the time anyone implements a draft in this country the barbarians will be screaming at the gate and it will be too late.

Where have you been? World war 3? This has been going on

for years in the Middle east! So if this is what you call world war

past my time. Actually I already served voluntarily...had to get my own life straightened out, and the military option ain't a bad choice (read that CHOICE). Met my wife in the Navy also, so bonus! Soon though, we will run out of volunteers, and then we will need a draft. Yep. People seem to think we have a huge military presence around the world. That is actually not true. We already pulled most of the German contingent, and I think the next biggest would be South Korea. Hmmm. Good idea to pull them? Give old whats his nuts Kim el Sook Jil or whatever the green light to destroy his southern korean friends. Nope, can't pull South Korean troops. National Guard? Already serving double and triple rotations, not to mention border duty (that is the Mexican border). Yep, draft day is coming soon. It's not just about the middle east people. There are threats all over the world, and Bush has given the military such a bad name with his chrony Rumsfield leading the disaster, nobody wants to join (well, not nobody, but not enough to replinish those running as quickly as they can for their civilian shoes).
