Hypothetical Question here:
What would happen if the United Kingdom Started invading random countries?
What would be the order of steps the other countries would take?
I am not talking about invading big strong countries but tried taking over third world countries like in the forming of the British empire.
Would other stronger countries defend the third world countries?
How strongly would the backlash from the United Nations be?
If the occupied countries remained occupied and converted to British territory what would the impact on the UK economy be from the new lands?

Two things may happen:

If the UK finds a very good justification for invading third world countries, like getting rid of terrorism or a dictator, for example, and they ask permission from the UN, then they won't be punished for it and other countries such as the US may join them and help invading the third world

If the world sees the invasions as unjustifiable and resembling tyranny then they may begin by pressing economic sanctions on the UK and supplying resistance movements in the occupied third world countries. If the UK does not pull out and continues invading more countries the US may team up with other countries to invade the UK and install a new government.

The UK does not have capability to invade anyone. The army is approaching its smallest size since the Napoleonic Wars. The RAF has 100 fighter aircraft. The Royal Navy has 19 major surface combatant ships and no aircraft carriers.

If they have done it already, they can't do it again, ESPECIALLY with a parliament that is too narrow minded to do anything good for their own nation, or do anything straightforward.

People would be killed, as in most invasions.

Look at the recent British invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan.
