Our former president believed our justice system so faulty that rather than address the issues he transported our enemies to Cuba. Sending our enemies to be housed by a known serial killer and enemy to his own people as well as America. Wouldn't that just be an asset to another country that hates our ideology.

i do no longer think of you're completely the acceptable option that anybody has each and every of the rights US voters have ( i think of Miranda rights case in point and the job to tell purely word to US voters) yet there are rules that certainly word to each individual in US custody regardless the place and what the status of that individual is. international and U.S. regulation prohibits torture and different sick-clinical care of any guy or woman in custody in all circumstances. The prohibition applies to the USA for the duration of situations of peace, armed conflict, or a state of emergency. any guy or woman, whether a U.S. national or a non-citizen, is risk-free. it incredibly is beside the point whether the detainee is desperate to be a prisoner-of-conflict, a risk-free individual, or a so-called “risk-free practices detainee” or “unlawful combatant.” And the prohibition is in bring about the territory of the USA or everywhere everywhere U.S. government have administration over a individual. in short, the prohibition against torture and sick-clinical care is absolute

Wake Up America!

Freedom isn’t Free sometimes it is necessary to restrict rights and freedoms in order to protect other rights and freedoms.

You can’t restrict the military, including the CIA, from protecting all of our rights and freedoms by not using all of their skills techniques and weapons they have to do so.

You can't restrict those who protect your rights and freedoms and expect to have your rights and freedoms.

You can't have the best of both worlds.

Are they capable of doing so? Yes. They did, and will continue to do so, as long as America's leaders think that their job is to run an empire.

Is it legal? HELL NO!!!

You've got liberal weevils who want to bring them to the USA for trial and then release them into the population if not found guilty.
