After 9/11, Homeland Security was enacted.

There was mass confusion that day, among military, fire department, and police department, airport air traffic control,CIA, FBI ,Port Authority and other agencies

FEMA was enacted march 2003, under the supervision of Homeland Security, Hurricane Katrina

Bush was dealt with a huge double blow

that many libs totally forget about.

He compromised our Constitutional rights, especially the right to privacy, when he implemented the Patriot Act. That's a huge expansion of federal power, and an illegal one.

He didn't.

He obeyed cheney, rumsfeld, ashcroft, gonzales, gates, frist, hastert, santorum, and the rest of them when they told him to look the other way while they violated the constitution.

LEGAL federal power is the same as it has always been.
