If you were crazy enough to commit pre-mediated murder; would you prefer............?

to be executed thereby relieving you of the guilt your crime, or would you prefer to live out your natural life in prison without the possability of parole so that you could relive the event every day? I mean from what I have seen on MSNBC programs of the US prisons, they are most certainly NOT country clubs for polaticians. What say you; talk about choice?

I would prefer to be executed because that is the proper thing to do to people who commit murder. Some people don't have the courage to face death. They are chicken ****s and therefore would rather spend the rest of their unhappy lives in prison. As long as the governments of civilized societies will allow this, it will continue.



When Jesus Christ reigns during the Millennial Reign of Christ as explained in the bible, he will promptly execute murderers. Murderers can be forgiven; that is not the issue. But forgiveness does not mean restoration to life in society.



I have spent considerable time in prison (working, not doing time). That is no way to live.

A: Crazy and be sentenced to a mental institution

B: Not get caught

C: Plead the 5th and leave no DNA evidence.

By the nature of the charge ie " Pre-meditated" you thought it out before you did it. I don't know anyone convicted of PM that felt bad about it....they felt bad about getting caught but not the act itself. Putting a PM offender in jail to think about what they did is ridiculous. They already thought about it when they planned it. I find it hard to believe that putting them in the institutional equivalent of time out will have any desired effect.
