I'm looking for a job that would allow me to work towards changing benefits and pay for workers?

I work at UPS and I'm getting an up close view of how the system screws you over. I'm also in college working towards my finance degree and I was wondering what kind of career could I look into if I wanted to work towards making a change in the way the system treats its hard working citizens.
