What happens in November?

This is a really stupid question (i'm sorry), but I keep reading about how "In November, Obama's going down," and "the American people will show how they really feel this November" what exactly is going on this November?

Again, sorry if this is a dumb question..I'm apparently not very up to speed in politics :)

All hell's going to break loose in biblical proportions, wrath of god type stuff. Fire and brimstone coming from the sky, rivers and seas boiling, forty years of darkness, earthquakes, volcano's, the dead rising from the grave, human sacrafices, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria...and then we vote all those morons out of office who are ramming that sorry piece of $h1t health care bill down our throats.
