How many number of assembly constituencies are there in Karnataka Legislative assembly?

Anyone desirous of forming a government needs 113 members for a simple majority.So,

the number of assembly constituencies is 224.

But the number of members of the assembly is 225 which figure is inclusive of a nominated

Anglo Indian member.Don't you think this is shameful that in supposedly secular and free India there are still people who proudly(?) call themselves not just Indians but "Anglo Indians"?

It is all the more shameful that political parties

subscribe to this travesty of justness and yet do not hesitate to brand another as communal.

What hypocrisy?
